Grand Prismatic Spring is located in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, USA
It is the world’s third-largest hot spring at more than 370 feet across. From the boardwalk only a portion of these psychedelic tentacles can be glimpsed. For the full picture, I had to follow a faint, unofficial trail up the 250-foot Midway Bluff, across the highway. It was well worth the climb.
