  • Thank you hon. I’m glad you like it and I’m sorry we couldn’t get it together. After last year’s fiasco I was really pleased with the views on this trip.

Stunning capture and composition! You caught the clear lovely hues of the water with the Rockies in beautiful clarity! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

  • Thank you Jan. I tried to get there last year but due to terrible weather it wasn’t possible. This time I was extremely happy with the weather and light in the area. Got tons of lovely photos, lol!

The light on the stones and grass in the foreground makes this scene look like early morning light. Well done!

  • It was actually late afternoon but I discovered the light in fall is completely different from other seasons.

We took so many trips from North Battleford thru this route and I just had a tiny point and shoot camera! I would looooove to go back tho the driver was not a good stopper for piccies :(

  • I love the Rockies. There is nothing more beautiful than these magnificent mountains. Next time you go and drive yourself like I did. This way you can stop anytime you want.
