Mayan Ruins at Tulum, Mexico
Tulum’s greatest attraction is its location. It stands on a cliff facing the rising sun and looking out on views of the Caribbean that are nothing less than spectacular.
The beach below is breathtakingly beautiful and partial view of the Castillo is visible on a bluff in this shot.

I have been to the Mayan ruins when I toured Mexico City and then Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and on to snorket the beautiful lagoons of Akumal along the coast on the Yucatan and I had forgotten how beautiful this area is!! I remember buying beautiful silver bracelets for only a couple of dollars and watching in wonder as the wild burros wandered about in the forest. I saw an iguana lying on a large boulder that must have been four feet long, at least, and I was so amazed!! This is wonderful!! I am so happy you had a wonderful holiday!!
Teresa Zieba replied
Thank you so much Sharon. I just love this area and I’m sure I will visit again. There is always something new to see, the beaches are out of this world and I sooo enjoy my trips to Mayan Riviera
