I have recently uploaded over 700 Vietnam photos to my flickr account. There is 14 sets of photos in one collection. I will post the link below. Please share this with any one of your friends who served in Vietnam. I served two tours of duty in Vietnam from 1966 to 1968. I was an avionics technician and worked on most of the aircraft that you see. I was fortunate to be station at the same place both times. Soc Trang, Vietnam is located southwest of Saigon about 80 miles in the Mekong Delta region. Rice paddies were all over the place. It also rained a lot. These photos can be viewed by all. There is no bad photos in the collection. I viewed bad photos prior to going over to Vietnam the first time and made up my mind that I would not take photos like that. This collection is for history. Please share these. There not great. I took all of the photos except for a very few. I processed the black and white photos in the Special Services Dark Room we had at the Airfield. The color slides had to be sent out for processing. I used a flat bed scanner on the black and whites and a slide scanner for the color slides.
Here is the link to the collection of photos.
