A amateur photographer from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I never go anywhere without my camera, it’ become an appendage ; ) I started with my first camera at 15, a Polaroid Instamatic (yes, that old one where the pictures shot out and you had to wait for them to dry) and I now use a Kodak Z650 EasyShare with a 10X Zoom.

My Mother is Lumbee Indian ( a Nation of the Cherokee) & my Father was Irish. My Native American Name is Red Dove and my son is Fortunate Sky Eagle.

I was born & raised in Phildelphia, Pa and moved to Steamboat Springs, CO when my husband & I were married.

To me, Steamboat & Colorado are the best places God had the sense to make. It is truly beautiful here – and always changing. As we say here in the “Boat”, we have three seasons, Winter – Mud Season and July! LOL I guess you could say that Mud Season is our spring ;-D

I love to wander and to take pictures of whatever catches my eye. I see through my lens and I hope you like what I see and that you’ll want one of my captures to keep as your own.
