Wanted a poster-that-pops… for the folks around Musser Park, which many know sits just beside my home here in Lancaster, Pa. If you’re interested in the details, or some of the production techniques, just click here
Hey! It’s Spring and I like taking pictures of pretty girls. I’m weeeerd that way, huh? :-)
Canon 40D w/the mighty Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Lens . - . .
I may do a series of these Heather… re. the event. I’m anxious to see what this technique can do to pull a conceptual series together. We’ll see. Meantime your support means a lot to me, thanks.
Appreciate it Mary Ann. I’m fascinated by the AlienSkin plug ins, and since they give us a freebie thirty days with full usage, well, it looks more exciting than the LensBaby. Plus unlike the LensBaby, the original image is left un-touched. I like it that they give me infinite options.
As I wrote to Mary Ann and Heather above Alf, I’m presently hooked on the free 30 day trial verson of the AlienSkin SnapArt plug in. Looks to be an infinitely useful series of tools to pull more feeling out of my stuff. Thanks for the support… we shall see.
Looks like a painting Ted, congrats on your wonderful Poster xkc
I’m enjoying the AlienSkin plugins Karen. I feel the way friends felt when they got LensBabies… except unlike the LensBaby, the plugins don’t degrade the original image so I’m in total control. Kew-el! Thanks Karen.
Ted this is a wonderful poster, shes a cute little tyke, and I love the technique. which you say is “alien skin”. Is that through photoshop? Hope to see more!
It’s at AlienSkin.com… and I’m using both their Bokeh and SnapArt filters in PhotoShop… Although they may also work as stand alone devices.. dunno. I’ve got details on my blogsite here.. Enjoy.
