I started to photograph bugs at the age of 8 with a cucus webcam, as there was no mobility I had to make terrariums to use as dioramas for the bugs I found at the backyard, so all this also made me like keeping some bugs as pets.
At 15 my parents bought my first digital camera, a Olympus D-390, the minimal focus was 20cm but with a magnifying glass I managed to make some decent macro shots.
One year later that camera was robbed and then I bought my Canon A510, got also a 44mm lens to use handheld for supermacros, which works very nice !
2008 now and I’m not yet with a DSLR, but upgraded to a Canon S5 IS and I’m happy with it =)
