The sparse droppings of fetta give you an aerial sense of starrring down past the clouds at a pesto strewn landscape dotted with, um, olives. Four olives to be precise, which seems a little tight. Admittedly they’re big olives but 8 small ones would have given a better sense of value from a marketing perspective. However the capsicum pesto was extraordinarily tasty and lead to a sense of surprise and wonder after being quite disappointed with the initial aesthetics.
