Interesting shot – I love the path the stars are taking over the road

this was up near Yoshii-cho. At night it only took 30 minutes to get there. We really want to go again. I will get Phill to call before we go next time.

we got lucky with the position of the north star being over the road. not much else to include in the foreground where we were!

Cool shot I am surprised the aperture setting is so wide for such a long exposure but then I suppose the iso was low….great work.

there absolutely no ambient light either, which made a huge difference.

Great shot. I love star trails and it is so cool that you hand lit the foreground. Nicely composed with the fence and road.

Definitely a winner, I like how the star trail is subtle in this one. Matches the lighting in the foreground. Awesome.
