Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre (Italy) by

The Cinqueterre takes its name from five small villages – Corniglia, Manarola, Monterosso al Mare, Riomaggiore and Vernazza – that defiantly cling to the inhospitably rugged Ligurian coastline.I hope you enjoy viewing this acrylic piece as much as I enjoyed painting it

As an artist and a traveler I am always exploring and learning new things. My paintings reflect my experience. I am drawn to the outdoors and nature. Most of my inspiration comes from various trips I have taken. I’ll stop and pull out a sketchbook or snap a photo, then paint the scene back in my studio. My goal is to see, feel and paint the world.

I enjoy viewing this… Sending thanks you captured something I have a memory of?

I stayed in a small fishing village when visiting Italy.. Photographs from that stay are nowhere near as good as this piece of work……
