Fort Pierce is between Cocoa Beach and Palm Beach on the east coast , due east from Tampa. This is whats known as the treasure coast.

I see they just delayed the shuttle launch til tomorrow… You must be able to see them when they launch. I’ve always wanted to see that live!

Yea I love living here ,somthing about the warm summer breezes and the salty air . Makes me feel good . Here is link to my brother Toms Redbubble page . He is a real photographer not a wantabe like me . He lives in Fort Pierce also . I thought you might like his work. ( http://www.redbubble.com/people/tombaumker ) As for for the space shuttle launchs I have watched every on I could weather permitting of course .They are so cool ! I went to a night launce about ten years ago and tried to take photos and video but the equipment freaked out , it was like looking into the sun .

Yes, I do live in Calgary and you’re right, it’s very cold here in the winter but it’s pretty cold anywhere in Canada in the winter. The other extreme right now though, very hot!
