reply | report | delete nick board less than a minute ago Thank’s Andy, this was a funeral for a Lieutenant-Colonel i think, I didn’t want to get to close, but he had a good send off, jets in a formation flypast etc. This particular part of Arlington is where current casualties are being laid to rest, and brings home the real horrors of war. I was speaking to a lady who had come to visit her nephew, whose funeral had taken place last year, a Navy Seal, Silver Star, so young to go, a privilege for me to be there.in such hallowed ground.
Such meaning…. compassion….. a piece that any family going through this horror would love to have in their possession. The lighting, the DOF, the angle of your position…. perfect in every way!!!! my fav.

Very sad but moving capture Nick.What a shame the young are dying because I can’t ever see this war being solved.
