Wow this really caught my attention, love it!

I love that part of Vietnam and I still have a hat just like the one in the image. Great shot, great use of Gaussian Blur to enhance the colors and soften the image so it looks like a painting.

I don’t think you use HDR too much at all Nick, you obviously have a talent for it’s use. ;) Feel free to share some of your tips regarding it. I have not headed down the road of HDR yet, but am eager to give it a go.
