The Raven's Journey - Tarot Deck Release

I have been working hard on a major project and am pleased today to announce it’s release.

With the help of my friends, models Schatzi Sunshine, Holly J’aDoll, Kevin Allsworth and my son, Hayden Rhodes, technical advisors David Haworth and Karl Fowler, and the talented makeup artist Mizdee Rockinit, I have produced a tarot deck, depicting the Raven’s Journey.

What could be more auspicious than a Tarot Deck, featuring a witches raven, Brenna, made by a Wiccan born on Imbolc?

THANKS to everyone who kept my secret. I hope you enjoy them and that they help you see into the future.

:-D

Sales will help pay for an exhibition of the work, to be displayed in March 2013. Venue and exact dates to be advised.

Blessed Be!

Comments:

Very well done! You’ve received a High Distinction level grade and passed this assignment at an exemplary level of technical and creative achievement. Technically, your images demonstrate a very good understanding of the tools and techniques demonstrated in the tutorial.

Creatively, your works are well composed, have clearly identifiable and executed themes, and demonstrate a high level of thought, care and attention to detail in their construction.

You’ve addressed thematic content about the poetic and enigmatic side of ‘Cultural Fracture’ and peoples ‘natures’, rather than make a direct and topical comment. When a cer…

Thomas Labadia and my artwork included in a music video!!

I mentioned before that while our work was up on the wall Snez shot a music video for her new single Green. We are pleased to announce that the video has been released. While the video doesn’t really pan in to show the art, we know it’s ours and it gives us a video documentation of what the Cafe space was like when we were exhibiting.

The video is shot entirely at the Mars Hill Cafe.
