Great shot of the comet. Reminds me a lot of the the first view I had of it which was also only 1 of 2 views before it slipped below our horizon and put on such a good show for you lot.

Yes, Enrico, I carried a battery-powered torch (flashlight) with me and during the 15-second exposure, I ‘painted’ the foreground with light. Camera was mounted on a tripod – Canon 5D with 50mm f1.8 lens at f8.0. ISO 400. This photo was purchased by “Tasmanian Alkaloids”: http://www.tasalk.com.au/ for use in their 2008 wall calendar.
