On Noyhener Beach in remote southwest Tasmania, it rains, the sand gets wet and a crust forms, then as is usual for this part of the world, the wind comes in. The sand dries in areas and the wind tears the dry sand away, leavign a most unusual and interesting pattern of sand crusts behind.
