    lovely work mate…….awesome images!!

  • Thanks Dave. It’s been ages since I’ve delved into my collection of images, and I noticed I had a large collection of really interesting images such as these among my library. So I figured I’d better put them to good use.

Really nice collection of images Adam.

  • Thanks Travis. Spoilt for choice down here. The reason it took so long to put this together was because I had a short list of about 60 images, and I hadn’t even finished searching my whole library.

Great work Adam. A few weeks back I decided square format was the go with calendars – they fill the space better and make more impact so it’s interesting to see you’ve taken that path here.

  • Hi Kevin. Thanks.
It was a difficult choice. I have made calendars for a few years now, and this is the first calendar that I have resized images to fit the full space of calendars – 2182×1906 pixels for the months and 2371×2875 pixels for the cover. I normally do my composition behind the camera and rarely crop an image, this was a major reason in deciding on the images that I did for the calendar this year – I wanted to fill the whole space, but had to find images that worked well when cropped. Throughout coming years I will be mindful of the need for images that can be used as calendars so may be taking an extra photo or two in future, with different composition.
