Vulnerable
A poem written a long time ago when I wasn’t too happy!
I need to be pampered
And not ignored.
Need some devotion
And some applause.
When my heart’s oppressed
Just need to be held,
Disperse this agony
I’ve too much for myself.
I ask only for things
That I would give to you,
To be desired is everything
Not captive in this human zoo.
