Art cows
Here is a few of the 54 cows I’ve painted over the last 7 years! The whole herd of 100 live in Shepparton Victoria. They’re made out of fibreglass and are quite light.

I Love These Cows. What got your started painting them?

Hi Robert, I had already done some work for the city of shepparton so when it come to launch the moooving art project they asked me to paint a cow for the initial promos. I kept submitting designs to paint another so seven years on I’ve pumped out 54 of the massive beasts. I also repair any damage done by late night ratbags, they’re made of fibreglass and are quite light.

the University of Iowa did a similar project with statues of their sports mascot placed all over town.

Wow… those cows are incredible!! You have a fantastic job, creating art for the local council… well done!! Is the herd a permanant display or do they run off soon to greener pastures? It would be wonderful to meet them in person!

The herd has lived in Shepparton for 7 years now and aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Here in British Columbia We have had Bears and Eagles they add so much to the cityscape thanks for posting these,they are great canvases for the imagination,Regards.

The cows are awesome! I remember Sydney Royal easter show had cows one year- not sure if they were your’s or those of other artists though.

I visited these cows about a year ago…but I didn’t see strawberries and cream or xray cow….what fun!

Hi Georgiana, They’re the newest one s I’ve painted, skeletor hit the streets about a month ago, I’m workig on a fireighter cow at the moment.

My Mum and I love the herd! We have a cow outside the Kiama Fire Station Hall which artists can paint when they have an exhibition there. Cool concept!
