    All those hands…. are they holding him back or holding him up ? Is he smiling because he’s unaware that they’re hindering him & so he’s oblivious… or is he smiling because he’s happy that they are helping him ?

    I’m not sure if I like this or not, but I can tell you one thing, it’s a very compelling & for me anyway…. thought provoking painting.

    I think this is a brilliant painting because it evoked so many different ways of interpretation and evoked so many different emotions as illustrated above. Imagine if everyone who saw it commented?? Brilliant piece of art.
