court by Tania Palermo

I used to (try to) play raquet ball here….I was horrible at it! I spent much more time chasing the balls that went over the top and landed in the grass behind the court than actually in the court. In fact, taking these images may be the most amount of time I ever spent on the court. LOL. I love the play of shadow and light.

Great shot Tania. Amazing colors, I like the shadow which makes it look like a Stanley Kubrick movie set.

  • Oooo…now that’s an interesting comment….gives me lots of ideas. Thanks!

It might be the beginning of a marvellous series called Playing with light and shadow on the raquet court

  • What a wonderful idea….hhmmm….do you think a series would be just as cohesive if it were just playing with shadow and light in general? Or do you think it all needs to be on the court? I like your thinking.

  • Thanks Silvia…I was pleased with the depth … it’s something I want to learn more about – getting more depth into my images.
