I wasn’t going to post this pic on here as I just used it as one of my project 365 images…but I can’t help myself…I’m too excited about all I learned about my camera today.
Here is the blurb I posted with it on the blog:
…I spent all day exploring beaches in RI…and several towns on the way to and from. So fun!!! The perfect day was wrapped up with margaritas and good company…what more could I ask for? I actually read a few pages of my camera manual yesterday and discovered that I can change allot about the images I take by altering the White Balance…who knew. ( duh ) ( I’m such a beginner…lol ) I’m so excited about the difference in picture quality and color! The image I choose to post today is not the best of the bunch…but it satisfied two things that were important for me today… 1) this was my first glimpse of sand and sea for the year…always an exciting moment for me!!! and 2) my aim for today was photos that did not require any post processing… So here it is….my first glimpse of one of my favorite things…
an after note based on something said to me: i have nothing against post processing…i do it – it was just a goal of mine for these photos to teach myself how to get an image i liked without any…that’s all
It’s like I have a whole new camera now…and a brand new world to explore. Yay! :))
