I'M GOING TO SLAP THE NEXT PERSON WHO USES THE WORD "JOURNEY" AS A METAPHOR
It has to stop! Now! Not everything that happens is a “journey.”
Life is not a “life-journey.” This isn’t even a word! So unless you’ve just been on an actual trip somewhere, I don’t wanna hear this word anymore! The used-by date of this particular buzzword is well and truly up – bin it!!!

the other ones i am getting very sick of are “tipping point,” and “the elephant in the room.” if you listen to radio national, they use these phrases at least once a minute. : )

you can have the most fantastic eventful life, Martin, progressing and learning and developing, but you don’t have to call it a “journey”...or if you have to use that word, try cutting down, like you do with nicotine patches…the last straw for me was when some Australian Idol winner put out an album called “The Winner’s Journey.” give me break! sorry, i’m a little bit riled up….maybe need some journey therapy ; p

i was listening to radio national this morning and the presenters and guests on the various shows must have said “journey” about 500 times!!!! i love RN, but this has to stop!!! it’s driving me bananas!
