DEDICATION ~ MUCHA ETERNAL THROUGH HIS WORKS 3 by

I have done this piece of artwork in dedication to Alphonse Mucha, one of my favorite art nouveau artists. He is an inspiration not only for his wonderful and natural style, but also because of the way he has portrayed women of the early 1900’s in such a strikingly beautiful way.

“He declared that art existed only to communicate a spiritual message, and nothing more; hence his frustration at the fame he gained through commercial art, when he most wanted to concentrate on more lofty projects that would ennoble art and his birthplace.” From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

I have endeavored here to give one of Mucha’s pieces a strong and spiritual radiance, as being both a part of his work and from within the woman herself.

You may be , has given to this lady a punch of passion and dissolving , moving energy that had remained there as a logo of feminity but that many found just as a decoration.
I love this “Art Nuveau”…(should I say?) very much. I think that the begining of the 20th century is outstanding in art, all new tendencies, all new art and the way that some wanted to come out of the official, practical old one. There is a great symbolic emerging feeling, there is a romanticism that is not so dramatic, but full of fantasy. I love it.
You have depicted your own heart very we…I do sure will look into this link and admire Mucha’s work to learn more of him.
Thanks Tammera…with your depictions you are doing a great job, bringing to many uninformed people this info that is valuable to have our minds and hearts fuller of art and knowledge. It is a work of a true art scholar.
    A hug to you.
