She wanders the hallways at night
With fear pumping in her breast
She lives in a world full of fright
While all the others are at rest
She wonders who she has become
The voice inside her swirling head
Answers questions and asks some
Am I truly alive or just walking dead?
Jumbled becomes the way she thinks
Reality twists and turns inside her mind
This the result of reserved sleeps
Unrefreshed prisoner of sleep’s bind
Night after night she wanders these halls
Sees herself in double and calls out
Whence did come this drink of gaul
To make me double, my mind to doubt
Prisoner insomniac
makes my life
not worth
the act
I’ve lost my mind
I’ve lost my soul
Over my sleep
I have no control
Let me go
Let me be
To this i say
Set me free.

I am permanently disabled and work at home. Previously, I have been employed as Art Director at California Manufacturers Association and Production Artist at SMW Communications of Sacramento CA.
I studied art at The Academy of Art in San Francisco 1977-79

Oils. Acrylics. Watercolors. Pastels. Inks. Charcoals. Graphites.
Currently I am focused and self taught in Digital Art.
