Scarborough Spa Express.

During the summer high season, steam trains run from York to Scarborough. I took this shot a couple of years ago, once again with a compact camera which I tend to carry with me most of the time. I think the setting is right for this shot, the old steam train passing rows of old terraced houses.

    This is one of my favourite photo’s of a steam loco… I would love to see it in oils :-)
