Walker Mill Foss.
My first visit to this unnamed waterfall, I’ve been near a couple of times without even knowing it’s there. This was a very slip slidey walk to the waterfall, both Rob and myself slithered in the mud along the very little used, overgrown pathway. It was fun, especially once completed safely :-)
I liked the arch over the waterfall made by the two different tree branches. I decided to Otronise the background.
Taken with a Canon 5D near Darnholme in the North York Moors National Park.

Ps. I’ve now found the name of the Waterfall.. Walker Mill Foss.

now this is clever – how did you orton a specific area of the image alan
TallGuy replied 28 days ago
Thanks Steve,
very easy to do.. Ortonise a copy of the original, then overlay the Orton image on the original and use the history brush to bring through the original water and waterfall :-)

Stunning work my friend. I think this is very clever as well. I shall try this in the near future. It gives the whole scene a very dream like quality which accentuates the season. Lovely!
