I AM A NATURE LOVER WHO HAS LIVED THROUGH AN EYE OF HURRICANE KATRINA AND LIVED TO TELL ABOUT IT. I LIVED IN SLIDELL , LA. WHICH IS ON THE NORTH SHORE FROM NEW ORLEANS, LA. WHICH WAS EXTREMELY DESTROYED BY THE STORM. I was born in Buffalo, New York , grew up all over the U.S. [ my Dad was a Rocket Engineer in the Space Program] I used to have a wonderful collection of photos of once in a lifetime events . I used to live on lake Pontchartrain where it was a photo paradise.
