The Din Of Silence

Can you hear me?
The response is silence.
Followed by the echo’s of my cries.
What do you do when you have reached this point? {P
I call to God and he replies, {H
“Be still my child, just give this time.” {O
And I hear him well, {8
Yet I cannot overcome this pressure that envelopes me;
This sense of being trapped.
I find myself unable to ignore the netting as it digs into my flesh.
This burning desire.
For what?
Do I even know?
Perhaps I only think I do, {P
But how can I be sure? {H
And even if I was, {O
How do I quench it? {8
Certainly not without logic.
Stupidity never got anybody, anywhere worth going.
I am not without ambition and sense,
What I am lacking is freedom.
I tried all that I can think of.
Thats why I cry out,
Looking for the knowledge and wisdom of the one with the key. {P
Forever praying that they’re listening. {H
Finding only silence bound and calling, {O
in a world without sound {8
