A small central west town Parkes holds an annual Elvis Festival each year on or around the kings birthday. This year would have been his 70th. The Parkes population swells from 10,000 to this year 25,500! This is the largest Elvis gathering in the Southern hemisphere. A superb weeks entertainment for all the family.
I was fortunate to be media accredited for Country Link & enjoyed taking many images, some of which I’ll share here.
