I have given away so many painting of Jesus that I never had one of my own to hang on the wall so when I painted this I begged Jesus not to inspire me to give it away! lol, needless to say it is framed in a gold trim frame above my bed where I gaze upon Him regularly and He watches over me when I sleep q:o)

It is the one painting of Jesus I have kept for myself, all others have been gifts, inspirations or commissions. He watches over my bed where I often stop to look at Him and weep with love.

Now you see Tammy, that’s what I love most about you, you always ‘see’ into my heart where I paint from. They make me cry too when I can’t get them right lol!!! Aww but seriously, it’s a lot of layering of colour in the right places to get the realistic affect. I won’t say it’s easy because it isn’t but with a lot of study and practise which is what I’ve done, it CAN be achieved! Hugs…love you hunny

I had given away so many paintings and did not have one single painting of the Lord in my house which was rather ridiculous I thought lol. So I set about painting something special. When I finished the feeling of love, grace, depth and heart that poured over me was really something intense. He hangs in my bedroom on my left wall so I can view Him and talk with Him often hehehehe
