This is very lovely Tahnja, and different from your other work. While I do love the radiation of inner strength depicted in your paintings of Jesus Christ, the cool calmness here is very lovely as the angel approaches Mary in the night shining her holy light.

geez hunny but you are so good to me. Never ever be afraid to tell me your honest opinion as I appreciate honesty no matter what and especially from you because I know you will speak from your heart.
I am particularly fond of this painting as I always paint my best when I am compelled to paint something as a gift. This is a gift to a beautiful person who was Baptised into my faith recently and I have felt so deeply touched by the complete transformation of this soul and the absolutely radiant love he emits that I was inspired to paint this for him.

thank you so sincerely for your honesty my friend. I do love my paintings of Jesus but I know what you mean about this painting of Our Lady, there really us a strong sense of calm and peace radiating from it, I totally agree.
