Hello,
Pleased to meet you, hope you guess my name.
My name is Dennis Quillen. I live in the small town of Pennington Gap, Virginia, in the United States of America. I have two wonderful children and a loving, supportive, beautiful fiance.
I was bitten by the creative bug from a very young age. As far back as I can remember, I was obsessed with creating things. I can remember as a small child, looking at pictures from my comic books and trying to draw them. I was always learning new techniques from emulating the heroes who lit up my imagination.
As I grew older and my imagination matured, I gained a tremendous interest in the digital world. I took to computers like a fish to water. I took them apart, built them, programmed my own programs, I did just about everything you can imagine with computers.
Now here I am, mixing the two mediums that I loved as a child. I love to create things in the digital realm. Whether it is vector work, digital art, or photo manipulation, I find myself addicted.
I am self taught in all the software that I use to create my pieces. I have taught myself Photoshop, Illustrator, Xara Extreme, Corel Draw, and Paint.net. Most of my work is a mixture of photo-manipulation and vector work (Except for logo work, which is 100% vector).
