now the yellow doll has found a new home..I’m sure janis will love her when she finally arrives in canada.

It’s a real, buzz to find that people really do like some of my strange, original and fun peices and there will be more ceramic dolls created here in the very near future..

I may not sell many cards here at Red bubble and I don’t enter many competitions .so I never receive many features ..but I’ve sure had some luck with selling my original paintings and my ceramic dolls!

Fabulous janis..that’s just great..alexandras was made from a spare lamp base..so hers can be fitted up with a tiny shade ets..it would be great..yours doesn’t have any holes for a lamp fitting though ..so It’s just a s she is
..but yours is also a little beauty. hha!! . I’m so glad that you and alex will get some joy from them…thanks again..and I just heard that bev wants to buy the third one..so that’s great ..I think they’re all gone now.
bexs has a rounded head on it and a long neck..hers is heavier and taller..but just as strange and good as yours and alexandras..so all good they have homes..hha!
I’m rapt and I’d better get too and make some more asap..I’ll be a busy bee before long ..and I’m so looking forward to it all and so many ideas there are to make these dolls !

Fabulous Alexandra..I’m so happy that you like it..remember that you can get a small lamp fitting and a tiny shade and turn yours into a lampbase..that one was revamped from one that I saw in the shed..so you can change her later if you want ..all good
and thankyou again so much for loving it enough to buy it from us..I really feel as if these dolls have been adopted..how strange is that ..hhha!!

Thanks so much kreesor..wow..these dolls are flying ..hha!! and I can see good things happening in the near future with them,.. maybe I’ve found my niche “strange ceramic dolls” and I have to really work on this one in the hopes that it’s my lucky niche..and not some other hair brained project that I’ve thought up..I have a lot of those..LOL

very exciting times for me at the moment..ideas are flowing ..and heart racing ..ready to create fabulous dolls! ... but I don’t have the dolls to paint on just yet ..it will be a few weeks till I can even start them.. as bob has to buy a new batch of clay ..wish I could snap my fingers and have all my ideas made manifest instantly!..

It’s going to be hard to resist amassing a collection when you start making more of them…I showed my husband the picture of them and he thought they were just great….loves the hat on the one I bought….

can’t wait till bob makes some more slim pots to paint some more dolls
but not sure how long that will be, . I’m having some fun planning the next batch though ..and hope that the planned ones will turn out just as good as these more spontaneous ones!

these dolls have been sitting around for about 2 years in the shed until I decided to show them off in here ..who would have thought that people would want to collect them..then again they already collect our ceramic jugs so I guess the dolls are very similar to them..
I would just love it if they became collectors items..what a buzz!
