My wife used to make me a homemade version of Heath bars. It’s a thick, brittle toffee, about the consistency of peanut brittle, so that you could break it or bite it. And it’s covered with chocolate. And it sticks to your teeth so you can’t open your jaws if to each too much. Yum.
