Walking in the country is so good 2 help ease depression Wen – the clouds shadows across the water is a great effect, and the trees frame the photo while also giving expresion to it – their branches to the sky suggest a deep longing to share in the suns warmth.

If this view doesn’t help to blow away the cobwebs, I don’t know what would!! It’s so beautiful and serene and has such a peacefulness about it Wen. I miss you when you’re not on RB, so I hope you continue to take those walks and get rid of that black dog. I’ve never been whale watching, but it’s on my list of things to do. X

Aww… thanks dear Karen : ) I have to tame that Black Dog at least!! He’s peeing all over the place..and leaving a mess. It’s on my to do list too Karen! : ) aren’t they gorgeous creatures.. my sis went last year and said it was awesome.. so I’m going this year for sure! Llast year I saw a mother and baby from the beach…but I want up close and personal! And I’ll take plenty of pics!! Wen xoxox

Shooting into the sun is always a challenge, but you’ve done quite well Wendy, and captured the sheen on the water’s surface perfectly. Well composed too. Very nice ambient feel.
