    I saw the ‘foreshortened’ title before clicking the icon. I had a good laugh. In the Canadian Navy “SeaKing operating” is an oxymoron. Our forces are having huge trouble keeping them in the air and have had several emergency landings on land and sea…one in a school yard, but, luckily, after school was out.
    Still great to see the old birds flying. Great shot.

    Thanks for the insight ! Worked on same site as Westlands for 39 years so have seen a lot of flying but never saw one come down ! The lynx was more interesting , saw all the test flights and several hard landings on the aerodrome .
