Oh, Jeffrey!!! This is soooooo beautiful!!! Do you know I’ve lived within shoutin’ distance of DC all my life and have never seen the Cherry Blossom Festival??? NOPE!!! Well, I take that back, I think I was down there at night, once. Does’t count, tho. I hope you realize how lucky you were with this shot in two very important ways!! One, the SUN was shining (usually the Cherry Blossom Festival takes place during ice and / or wind storms) and TWO … NO TOURISTS!!!! LOL!!!
