clouds - malta
I liked the way the clouds reflected onto the mirror facade of this tall tower building. The blues set it off for me – really like these shades of blue and the softness of the fluffy white clouds gave it an almost surreal feeling for me.
This was taken in St Julian’s, Portomaso – Malta Oct 2007.

Wow, awesome shot Suzanne! I love those reflections mixed with the texture of the building, nice shade of blue too.

Excellent image. Beautiful reflection and color. Windows have almost a fluid quality to it. Try cropping or cloning the black shadow on the bottom left it is a distraction from the image.

I love the way the clouds seem to be digitized into pixels on the face of the building. It makes it look like a portal into another dimension. Great shot.

The thing that struck me is how the white strips stand out since the mirrored facade blends with the background. The thin white strips, which you wouldn’t expect such lateralbility from are standing so tall! It is very cool. You have a tall gigantic roman numeral ‘II’ standing tall in the sky!
Peter Zentjens

Being a gal that chose to live in the country, the thing I like best about tall buildings these days is that they’re invisible at worst, and double the lovliness of the sky at best. This photo is really nice to look at. I’m not sure there’s an exceptional quality of light here. Tell me if I’m wrong.
Do you see the face to the right in the big blue space? lol
