Thanks so much,Bev, for your wonderful comment, favouriting and watchlisting but I fear you may be disappointed. This is my only successful watercolour(all my family want this one!). I went on a weekend course and was taught how to paint in this way by a wonderful artist, Margaret Uttley. I find watercolour so difficut that I paint in acrylics and mixed media now. That is why I really admire your work and appreciate your skill as well as talent.

My Dear, Dear Susan this is wonderful! It really captures the essence of an English country scene and the colours you have used are just perfect! I can actually visualise walking through here and feeling energised. There’s a crisp, fresh wind gently blowing and with each new breath I feel alive and well!
