Sometimes I forget the simple beauty of just the pencil, pastel and color pencil.
Naturally, I go to my love of the endless shapes, curves, and shadows in the faces of the Native American People.
This is a graphite, pastel and color pencil drawing on card stock, bonded, low tooth, acid free artist drawing paper.
This piece is 11"X 14" in unframed size.
My Fine Art Studio is located in the Nevada/Arizona desert.
This piece is dedicated to my dedicated students!
It is with great sadness I relay that the original of this piece did not survive our house fire of Jan. 2015.
It not only did not survive, no trace of this piece was ever found in the relentless search through the destruction and rubble of what the fire left behind.
I will miss not seeing this gentle face on my wall…thanks to sites like Redbubble, there will always many products available to preserve at least this image.
Thank you for viewing my art, comments always appreciated!
