My first love is the painting of the horse.
Back when we had our ranch in Colorado, I would sit out in our pasture, in my lawn chair and sketch and photograph our horses.
I’d wait until they would wander off, then I would rattle the Sweet-Mix bucket (oats mixed in molasses) …then photograph and sketch them running back to me!
This is another piece from the past (painted over 25 years ago.)
I re-discovered on a visit back to Colorado.
It is always fun for me, to see these old works and give them a second life
when I add to my collection here at RB.
This piece is painted with acrylic, painted on self stretched
artist linen canvas and is 24"X 28"
