These are the actors Robert Duval and Tommy Lee Jones … as Gus and Woodrow in the epic movie “Lonesome Dove”.
This movie was the turning point in my art journey.
It was the first portrait I ever attempted by pausing the video on my TV (about 76 times!), making sketches and then proceeding to the painting.
“Gus And Woodrow”..Lonesome Dove" is an original oil on canvas painting.
To date 1-22-10 there have been 3152 views of this piece.
