The Women of the West always seem to have more of a story then the gentlemen cowboys…
I guess it is because it takes a special lady to put aside the dresses and finery and take up the life of riding a horse and living sometimes a rough life.
Today’s Cowgirls however, have figured out how to have the best of both worlds.
I hold true in the feeling that every time I am around a true Cowgirl of the West, there is a special element to these ladies that allows this female lifestyle endure.
This piece is dedicated to the Lady’s of the West.
Cowgirl Blues is an original Pastel, Prismacolor Pencil and Pen and Ink drawing.
