Fancy Fall Frills

The desert has a way of sending forth splashes of color after the weight of the summer heat has broken.
Fall in the desert is my FAVORITE time of the year even over Spring…mostly because all of the scary scorpions and hairy spiders have gone a-ground and you can walk around and enjoy the calm cool desert.

Just a gorgeous looking flower Susan, the desert does have it’s treasurers.

  • Susan Bergstrom replied

The Fall in the desert is almost more vibrant then the spring…I think it is the mild to cool temps that urge the blossoms on otherwise dormant plants…Thanks!
