Beachport Jetty, South Australia by

The Beachport Jetty is one of the longest in South Australia at 772 metres long but it used to be much longer in the past at 1220 metres. It is a favourite with fishermen looking for a feed of whiting, salmon, mullet or mulloway.

Beachport is part of the beautiful Limestone Coast region of South Australia and is a good base for reaching Lake George Conservation Park and Woolley Lake, both good spots for bird-spotting.
