Marlo is a small Victorian town 14 kilometres south of Orbost on the southern coast where the Brodribb River joins the Snowy River at Lake Corringle before flowing out to sea.
Fishing is a popular activity along with bushwalking in the nearby Cape Conran Coastal Park.
For those yearning to relive a piece of history why not take a cruise through the estuary region on the PS Curlip II, a replica of the original paddlesteamer that used to ply the Snowy River at the turn of the 19th century. In summer it sails twice daily allowing visitors to explore the Coastal and Flora & Fauna Reserves.
