Fully agree Stephen. I beleive that God is pleased when people challenge their faith. Too many of us these days seem to seek saviours and are too quick to follow blindly.

Good to hear from you, I am a strong believer, that we should study God’s word, so that we are not led away from God, or to be ignorant , of His ways , or His teachings. For many have come in the name of Christ, and mislead people to following them,and their own gospel, instead of Christ, and His gospel,and these false teacher have lead their follower to their deaths. Leader like Jim Jones, and David Curesh, have lead people to believe they were a type of Christ, and that if anyone questioned their teaching, they would be punish here on earth, and be sent to hell, in the after life, and those who didn’t leave these leader are dead..

I like this, it’s interesting how you say to question your faith when you yourself are religious. Normally people would say that it’s the devil’s work when people begin to question their faith. Although I’m not religious myself, I do find your thinking very interesting. :)

I belive poeple should never belive in, or follow any teaching or teacher, with out puting their teaching to the test!
I am a christian because I study the Bible on my own, and belive it’s writing to be true!
I do not go to church and listen blinely to the pastor’s teaching, I research the scripture to evaluate them , to see if there is any trueth to what I hear the pastor teach.
This is why God has handed down, and preserved the scripture through out the history of mankind.

I really love reading Christian poetry. God is not displeased when we attempt to find deeper truth in Him. We know Him better when we seek to know Him more intimately. Praise to Jesus! Great poem.
