“There are no rules for good photographs, there are only good photographs.
Landscape photography is the supreme test of the photographer – and often the supreme disappointment”. -Ansel Adams
I am a photographer-generalist with a keen interest in landscapes and panoramas – HDR. I am an engineer, somewhat of a perfectionist by nature, therefore constantly look for ways to improve the image.
I have traveled to a lot of places and tried to do justice to the beauty of the place through these captures. In my experience, three visits to a place in three seasons (with a lot of luck) is a minimum to get the essential handle to create beautiful images. I am a huge fan of Art Wolfe, John Shaw, Marc Adamus, and Tim Fitzharris. I am also a Canon fan.
My gear consists of:
Canon 5D Mark II
Canon 17-40mm f/4.0L
Canon 24-105mm f/4.0L IS
Canon 70-200 mm f/2.8L IS.
I also use a RRS multi-row pano head for my pano pictures and always use GITZO 3531EX tripod with RRS BH-55 ballhead.
Thank you for taking your time visiting this page. Enjoy.
