The woman watches
As the broken man begins to dance,
Could it be that in her presence
He is falling apart,
Or that the warmth of her gaze,
Finds him gradually becoming whole again.
His freedom, her absolution.

The words fall useless on the ground,
Letters spilling into the dirt
Meaning discarded,
A blank page lays crumpled before her
Staring without judgment
At her trembling hand.
Reason is beyond reproach.

Time tiptoes past unnoticed
On its way to someone else’s story
Hope follows regardless
And the sun rises and sets
On useless thoughts unguarded.
Who dares to walk this path?
Yet who dares to not.

The woman listens
As the silent man begins to sing
The words dust themselves off
And join the fragile notes
In a private dance of healing
Truth’s melody cuts through time
And lays memory bare,

Forgive me, it sings
I am only human.

Wendy, thank you for beeing my inspiration tonight…I wrote something after reading your poetry.
    Here we are!
    End of life…end of love…

Autumn in relation, falling lives on ground.
Falling angels, become demons, when they hit the earth.
    Sweet glances become sharpest stare…
The love is turning into hate with despair.

All strings which hold us together turned us apart,
We both scream for freedom in our own ways.
To be together is the prison even in the sunny forest.
A suspicion grows like a dark dirty snow ball…

Kisses feels like a bite of snakes into my soul,
Touches become a reminder of betrayal of its own…
Intimacy feels as a disgusting business between to dealers
Which I wish to forget as soon as possible like a horrible dream…

Hearts become as stone, biting fast and bring pain against a rib cage.
Mind become a mess, screaming and crying of its own
Body tears apart by inner frustration…
Soul fly far away, left you with emptiness and with out hope.
